Make Up by Parlor
Did you know Parlor at Town Center Plaza offers full make-up makeovers!? Well, I didn't and loved how they did my make up. I'm not usually one who likes to get my make up done, but I was super impressed. The owner, Meg and I got to chat about what I wanted and we decided to do a light smoky eye and a normal lip. My eye make up and false lashes are probably my favorite. She packed on the shadow at the far corners of my eye and then blended it all together to create such a blended look. They also used black eye lash glue to hold on those beautiful lashes - they looked so wonderful! Definitely book an appointment to get all gussied up for Valentine's Day with these gals!
Three parts from one Blowout at Parlor
Okay you guys, I was completely impressed by the wonderful gals at Parlor in Town Center Plaza! As you already know, but for reals. I was totally freaking out about the three styles they gave me - with only one blow out. If you've been here before you probably know that I usually wear my hair like the middle picture, just a easy side part and soft curl. So you can probably understand why I was so excited when they showed me how to curl my hair a new way (more on that tomorrow) and then how to style it two new ways!. They showed me how to do the super side part and I literally died of happiness! The inspiration was Sienna Miller from the Golden Globes and I feel like I want to wear my hair like this ALL of the time. So fun! And the middle part - I usual am pretty suspect of doing my hair like this, but I totally loved it! The curls fell in just the right places! So you need to make an appointment with them for your Valentine's day extravaganza!
Pedicure at SalonOne19
I was literally blown away by the "dry pedicure" at Salon One19 at Town Center Crossing. I had never heard of anything like it and am obsessed. It was the most relaxing thing I have ever experienced outside of a regular old massage. Guys - get this for your lady! She will love it!
