TOWN CENTER: Father's Day Gift Guide
Watching Kev become a Dad has been really incredible. He loves Bennett so sweetly and is always there to help him and teach him new things. I love it! I know he's just itching for the days when Bennett will be able to throw a football in the backyard. (I'm sure all Dads do!). Bennett does toss balls everywhere now, and will roll a ball back and forth between us now. So, that kinda counts, right!? Right!
Well, with Father's Day right around the corner (June 17th to be exact) I asked Kev to circle up his favorite gift ideas from L.L. Bean at Town Center! It was so fun to see him pick out things he would love to use just for everyday, or even with Bennett and me, too! Kev is a super out-doorsey kinda guy and loves to be as active as possible! Like, if there is a ball to used / game to be played, we have it. So naturally he loved this Bocce Ball (I could actually see us play with this in our backyard), Paddle Board (like ridiculously excited to find these in store), Child Carrier to tote Bennett around in, and even an Adirondack Chair for our backyard too! So, L.L. Bean you can see why L.L. Bean was such a fun store to go to, especially with our Alaska trip coming up so soon too! Check out the rest of Kevin's Father's Day present favorites below:
I then popped over to the women's side of the store and found some really great pieces! I'm a really big fan of their Signature Collection. It's like the more fashion focused side of their clothing line. And the pieces that Kev is wearing above are actually from the Signature Collection for men! Cute right!? The Alaska trip on my radar too, so I picked up a few things that I'm really excited about! This lightweight stripe sweater (I know I'll live in this, and I sized up to have a looser fit), a classic pair of bean (duck) boots (again, I know I'll wear these a ton next winter for sure), and a thin base layer (the gal at L.L. Bean said she wore this and the stripe sweater in Iceland in 40 degree weather and felt great, so naturally I knew it'd be great for Alaska, and probably future soccer games too). to wear when I want to be warm without adding all the bulk! I also have my eye on these pieces too!
