I have loved leopard print for as long as I can remember, so I got VERY excited when I noticed a lot of sites showed leopard print as a “fall trend”! It’s a classic print that can easily be worn during the day, and is an especially fun print to wear for date nights too! There are mostly warm tone leopard print items that are more orange, yellow, and brown in nature. And now there are more cool tone leopard print options, like the leopard top I am wearing above! I’m a cool tone kinda gal, and find it to be so much more flattering on my skin tone! Any other cool tone gals in the house!? This top is perfect for you too!

I know leopard print can get a bad wrap, because it can easily go from chic to trashy. Like, real quick. And because of that, I wanted to share how you wear leopard print right, and look good doing it!

  1. Grab it in the form of a style of clothing you already love! Like, I love a good vneck shirt, so this vneck button down is a fan favorite of mine! If you love skinny jeans, a pair like these would be so fun for you! Well, as long as you wore it with a gray sweater and black booties. If clothes are too intimidating to you, these leopard booties are my absolute favorites! They’re comfortable, run true to size, and are so chic! Just let the leopard pieces be the focus of the outfit!

  2. Grab it in the form an accessory if clothing isn’t your jam! Or is too intimidating! I adore this leopard purse, leopard wallet, and scarf too! They’re easy pieces you can add to any outfit!

  3. And if you’re like, Cait, I love leopard give me something fun already, then go ahead and mix it up and wear it with other prints too! YES! You most definitely can wear leopard with other patterns! Like stripes and micro florals for sure! But, here’s the deal. You want to leopard print to be larger or smaller than the other print. Hence, the stripe and micro florals, they’re gonna be smaller than the leopard print item and work so well together. Like you can wear this stripe shirt with these leopard pants. And you can wear with floral top with jeans and these leopard booties!

  4. Wear it to work! But, like not for the interview or on the first day. Ya know what I mean? Like, it’s a print that can be scene as trashy, as I stated above. But, worn correctly and subtly just enough for work, and it’s so so so good! So let’s talk about the leopard pieces that you CAN wear to work! This shirt dress is the epitomy of work dresses and so chic, to wear with a classic style of black pumps! I also LOVE this leopard blazer for work too! It’s so chic, especially worn with these black pants, white blouse, and black pumps too! I also love this gorgeous navy leopard dress, that would be so perfect for a presentation and with a classic black blazer or belt styled on top too!

  5. You can definitely wear leopard! That is for certain! I believe in you! You can wear it casually like this t-shirt or this $20 sweater. Or dressier with this leopard pump, or this dress. And this pair of pants for more work/casual outfit with a gray tee! Just be sure to snag a piece that fits your lifestyle!

Now, here are a few of my personal favorite leopard items that don’t break the bank:

I hope you all enjoy this post and feel encouraged to find leopard pieces that works for your life!
