okay, so how amazing are these sunflowers!? they literally are the prettiest things i've ever scene. after i read about the farm here, i couldn't wait to take my sister jenny (on my left) and cousin kelly (blonde) to see them for ourselves. when i saw pictures of grinter farm i just knew we had to go and experience the sunflowers and all their beauty. when we were driving up to the field, we were blown away by how bright and abundant the sunflowers were and vastness of the whole farm too, it was breath taking. i threw on a comfortable outfit ready for our exploration - my favorite gingham shirt, boyfriend jeans, and booties. after we frolicked in the fields (okay maybe we just tried not to get stung by a few bees) we headed to lawrence to shop on mass st. where we popped into every shop we could and found some amazing shoes and i can't wait to show you! we had lunch at the cutest diner and then headed back to kc so we could shop some more on the plaza. we had dinner at brio (duh) and then headed back to the casa to watch a movie. i loved having them in town and getting to show them kc. i can't wait for these adorable little babes to come visit again!
ps have you been out to grinter farm? it is now a definite fall must from here on out!
