The gloomy weather today definitely has me feeling a little ready for fall. Plus, ya know obsessively shopping the Nordstrom sale has me itching for fall weather too. And ya know this dang heat and being 7 months pregnant is a little much for me, lately. So the break in the heat is VERY NICE!

So I wanted to create a look that was actually practical for this summer heat but also felt a little bit like fall at the same time! I scored this stripe tank at the Feng summer sale a few weeks ago and I love how loose and flowy it is, and definitely plan on wearing it once the babe is here too. I might have to take up, as the straps are a little long and it gets to be a little cleavagy at times. And I probs won't have ANY patience or time to worry about containing the girls once Bennett is here. I then added my favorite green jacket and fitted skirt. If you're pregs, a fitted skirt just like this one I have worn to death! I love it! And I needed a pop of color, so I grabbed one of my oldies but a goodies highlighter pink scarf from back in the day J.Crew. Oh, and then I added my new favorite flats from Nordstrom!! I'm super glad I scooped these up during the sale and found a similar pair that has all sizes available too!

How are transitioning to fall while it's still pretty hot?
